Terms and Conditions of Booking and Travel

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, tours, safaris, excursions, transfers, accommodation reservations, and travel-related services provided by Severius Adventures & Travels ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

11. FORCE MAJEURE

13. WILDLIFE AND SAFARI DISCLAIMER

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Safari activities occur in natural environments where animals move freely. The Company cannot guarantee sightings of specific species, including members of the Big Five.

Clients must always follow guide instructions regarding wildlife safety.

14. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant Severius Adventures & Travels permission to use photographs, videos, testimonials, and content captured during tours for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

Clients who do not wish to be featured must notify the Company in writing before travel.

15. DATA PRIVACY

The Company collects and processes personal information solely for travel-related purposes, including:

Personal information will be handled responsibly and will not be sold to third parties.

16. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint should be brought immediately to the attention of the guide, tour leader, or Company representative during the trip to allow for prompt resolution.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of completion of travel services.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kenya.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a booking, paying a deposit, signing a quotation, or participating in any service provided by Severius Adventures & Travels, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
