While we carefully select our partners, we shall not be liable for injury, death, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses resulting from:
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to us for the relevant service.
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

The Company reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, dangerous, or abusive without refund.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Safari activities occur in natural environments where animals move freely. The Company cannot guarantee sightings of specific species, including members of the Big Five.
Clients must always follow guide instructions regarding wildlife safety.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant Severius Adventures & Travels permission to use photographs, videos, testimonials, and content captured during tours for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
Clients who do not wish to be featured must notify the Company in writing before travel.
The Company collects and processes personal information solely for travel-related purposes, including:
Personal information will be handled responsibly and will not be sold to third parties.
Any complaint should be brought immediately to the attention of the guide, tour leader, or Company representative during the trip to allow for prompt resolution.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of completion of travel services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kenya.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
By making a booking, paying a deposit, signing a quotation, or participating in any service provided by Severius Adventures & Travels, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
